ACCOMMODATION
You will be accommodated in the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana.
If you`re coming by car, please arrive to hotel at latest by 19:00.
There will be some additional meals organised in the hotels‘ restaurant:
- 1 June, lunch at 14:00, for those arriving before 14:00
- 1 June, dinner at 20:00, for those arriving before 20:00
- 1 June, snack in the room, for those arriving after 20:30
- 2 June, dinner at 19:00 for all participants
- 4 June, dinner at 19:00, for those departing on 5 June
At each meal you can get one drink for free. All extra beverages should be paid by you.
TRANSFERS

If you are arriving and departing by plane, please check the Arrival and Departure transfers below. The documents on the web site will be regularly updated.
In case of any changes at arrival, departure or flight delay, please let us know immediately. Email or call Alenka Krašovic, +386 41 796 876.
For those arriving by car we suggest to park in the public parking spaces available nearby hotel. Parking at the hotels` garage or open area is payable (18 EUR/day). Parking cannot be reserved in advance.
Local transfers during the meeting have been arranged. Please see the ‘Local transfers’ section for more information.
The conference will take place at the Domus Medica Congress centre, Dunajska 162, Ljubljana.
The transfer on both days will be organized by buses for all participants from abroad and from Slovenia.
For participants from abroad, departure from Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel will be at 8:00.
For participants from Slovenia departure from Krka Ljubljana (across the street, behind the stadium),
at 7:40 (for participants with last name A – M),
at 8:00 (for participants with last name N – Ž).
The transfer will also take you back to Krka Ljubljana and Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel at the end of the programme.
Please be punctual and come to the meeting point on time.
On 3 June, after the meeting, the buses will take you back to Krka Ljubljana and Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, where you can change into more comfortable clothes.
The departures to park Tivoli for team building followed by dinner will be at 15:00 from Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel and Krka Ljubljana.
After the dinner the buses will take you back from park Tivoli to Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel at: 22:45 and 23:15, and to Krka Ljubljana at 23:20.
If you`ll come to the park Tivoli on your own, be at the meeting point at 15:30.
ATENTION:
Parking at Domus Medica Congress centre and park Tivoli is payable per hour and is not envisioned.
DRESS CODE
The dress code for the meeting remains business.
On the second day, you will have time to change after the programme. For teambuilding activities, we recommend a more casual and comfortable outfit, including suitable footwear, as you will be exploring Ljubljana on foot.
As the programme continues into the evening in a relaxed setting, we suggest choosing an outfit that works well for both the outdoor activity and the evening that follows.
WEATHER NOTICE
The weather forecast for Wednesday is looking quite changeable, so please come prepared for a bit of everything. We recommend bringing
comfortable, weather-appropriate footwear and an umbrella, if possible.
To make sure a little rain does not spoil the experience, rain ponchos will also be available on site.
TEAM BUILDING
We are also looking forward to the team building part of the programme, where we will continue the BMM experience in a more relaxed way.
You are divided into predefined groups, so please check which group you have been assigned to before the team building starts.
Come ready for good energy, teamwork and a few moments we will hopefully still be talking about after BMM.

Teams will explore the city by solving interactive challenges, completing creative tasks, and discovering hidden corners and stories. The experience will combine teamwork, exploration, and fun moments that will bring everyone closer together in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. More information about the activity will be shared during the event, so for now we will keep a little bit of mystery. 😉
